The Opening of Chigang Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 12

Starting from the operating hours on the morning of February 13, Chigang Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 12 officially opened to the public. After opening, the eastern section of Line 12 (University Town South to Ersha Island) will enable transfers with Line 8. Chigang Station on Line 12 is located in the triangular area enclosed by the east side of Liede Bridge, the west side of Xingang Middle Road, and the Huangpu Stream, with three entrances/exits (B, D, and E). Together with the existing C1 and C2 entrances/exits of Line 8, the station will have five entrances/exits for nearby passengers to use.
