Gucheng Station and Babaoshan Station of Beijing Temporarily Suspended
The stations are expected to resume operation after the renovation and construction are completed by the end of May 2026.
To support the construction of the Beijing Line 1 branch and enable through operation with Line 1, starting February 15, 2026, Beijing Subway Line 1 Gucheng Station and Babaoshan Station will be temporarily closed and suspended. Trains will turn back at Yuquanlu Station. The stations are expected to resume operation after the renovation and construction are completed by the end of May 2026. At that time, Line 1's Pingguoyuan Station will open simultaneously, enabling transfers among three lines with Line 6 and the S1 line.
