Intercity rail service has fully covered all three terminals of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
At 12 noon on October 30, the Guangzhou East Loop Intercity Railway Baiyun Airport East Station officially opened, marking that intercity rail services have fully covered all three terminals of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

The newly opened Baiyun Airport East Station is located on the B2 level of the traffic center at Terminal 3. After exiting the station, passengers can go directly to the departure hall of Terminal 3. The station has now become a stop for express trains and fast trains. The average two-way intervals from Baiyun Airport North Station serving Terminal 2 to this station have been compressed to under 17 minutes. Additionally, three express trains are scheduled daily from Panyu Station directly to Baiyun Airport East Station, taking only 28 minutes for the entire journey.

Passengers taking intercity trains to the airport should pay special attention to the correspondence between stations and terminals:
⭐️ Baiyun Airport South Station corresponds to Terminal 1 (T1)
⭐️ Baiyun Airport North Station corresponds to Terminal 2 (T2)
⭐️ Baiyun Airport East Station corresponds to Terminal 3 (T3)
Guangdong Intercity has reinforced the corresponding instructions on guide signs and train announcements to avoid passengers going to the wrong place. Additionally, after the new timetable was launched on October 25, some stations require 'segmented travel' or express-slow transfer. Passengers should check train schedules through official channels before traveling and allow sufficient time.
