The Phase II project of the Branch Line 6 starts from the existing Guangming Station of the Line 6 extension, with 3 new stations: Biyan Station, Hongqiao Park Station, and Guangmingcheng Station, covering a total length of about 4.95 kilometers.
After the opening of the two new lines, the total operating mileage of Shenzhen's urban rail transit network (including trams) will reach 609.6 kilometers with 428 stations, marking the official start of the 600-kilometer era.
